What does an office space at The Beauty Shoppe include?

A 24/7 Office

The Beauty Shoppe is always open and available to members, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Don't work too hard.

Inspired Furniture + Amenities

The Beauty Shoppe has worked hard to design an inspired and functional place for you and your company. Custom designed tables, art, and a diversity of spaces and amenities, including the best speakerphones and presentation equipment, make The Beauty Shoppe a better way to work.

Print/Copy/Scan

Top-of-the-line commercial printer, copier and scanning equipment is available to all Members. Conveniently located in all of our locations, these services are available when and where you need them. Members receive 100 black and white pages,  and 10 color prints (or copies) per month at no charge. Additional prints/copies are $.02 for black and white, $.08 for color. 

Coffee

Zeke's Coffee is small batch roasted on our block. We provide fresh roasted coffee free of charge to our members. We drink it nonstop.

Utilities, Tax and Maintenance Fees

Our monthly flat rates includes all applicable utilities, taxes, and maintenance fees.

Conference Room and Event Spaces

Memberships include unlimited conference room space in any TBS conference room. Have a larger group or upcoming event? We'll work with you to reserve a flex area or larger event space in our network of spaces, and keep your costs low.

Fast Internet

All our locations are pumped with fast WiFi to serve your business. Need a private IP or hard-wired connection? Let us know and we'll work to meet your requirements. Same goes for VOIP phone service.

Are Memberships month-to-month?

Absolutely. Our monthly memberships provide a flexible commitment allowing you to add or subtract members as your company or project grows. Need short term space? Need to switch between Full and Flex Memberships as your requirements change? Our monthly commitments provide you the opportunity to get what you need.

Can I stop by or should I schedule a tour?

What is the difference between Full and Flex Memberships?

Full Members have all of the benefits of Flex Members with the addition of an assigned desk space in either a secure, open floorplan room with other Full Members, or a private office. Full Members are provided with a thoguhtful workspace, task chair, ready electrical and light, and storage space.

While we're in the process of building out more private offices, availability for private offices may be limited, but we'll work to find the right fit for you. Contact us to learn more and see what is available, or see our Membership Page for more information.

What is the average square footage of an office at The Beauty Shoppe?

The Beauty Shoppe Members have access to over 10,000 SF of office space and growing. We're a better way to work, making it hard to compare our offering to typical office square footage. We work hard to design our offices to provide you with more space, more services, more amenities, and more flexibility at lower cost. Schedule a tour and come check it out.

Sounds great! How to I pay? 

The Beauty Shoppe requires that all members set-up a credit card for monthly payments in our secure system. There is no set-up fee or security deposit.

Can I use The Beauty Shoppe as a mailing address?

Yes! All Full and Flex Memberships have mail slots at their preferred location. Student Members may also use the mail service for a small fee.

I'm interested in a Flex Membership, can I leave my stuff at the office?

Only Full Members may leave possessions at their dedicated and secure workstations. Flex Members may rent a storage locker for $10/month.

I no longer need my membership at The Beauty Shoppe. How do I cancel?

Memberships can be cancelled with one month notice. No questions asked.
